Starting July 3rd Norris email will be moved from Zimbra to Google. All email will be moved and you will not lose any past emails.

• Your email will still be accessed from the same URL: http://mail.norris.k12.ca.us
• Your new email address will be in the following format: firstname.lastname@norris.k12.ca.us EXAMPLE: steven.shelton@norris.k12.ca.us
• You will still receive all email sent to your old address
• Your temporary password will be your last name followed by your year of birth EXAMPLE: shelton1954

You can change your password by following these steps:

1. Go to this site: http://pass.norris.k12.ca.us
2. Login with your new username (firstname.lastname) and temporary password (lastnameYYYY)
3. Change your password
